Therefore, our radiators are compatible with cars, SUVs, trucks, and machinery, covering 500+ models including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Honda, and Toyota. Q3：| Do you offer custom radiators?
- : Yes! With in-house mold development capabilities, we can develop and produce molds based on the drawings provided by the customer. In addition, packaging and other aspects can also be customized to meet the needs of customers.
Q4：| What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- : MOQ for standard products is 10 pieces, and quantity for custom orders will be negotiated further according to the model. Contact us for a detailed quote.
Q5：| How to gurantee your products’ quality?
- : Our products are ISO 9001 certified with OEM specification reports. We have our own professional QC team for daily production testing, and third-party inspections are accepted .
Q6：| What is the lead time?
- : Standard product is usually 15-25 days for quantity 1-500 pcs. Custom orders will be longer production. The production time is based on order quantity and our production schedule. Urgent orders can be prioritized for production scheduling, and fast logistics channels can be coordinated.
Q7：| What is the warranty period?
- : Standard warranty: 2 years for radiators, 18 months for A/C condenser, 1 year for heater cores and intercooler and oil cooler. Negociated replacement for non-human damage after value the video and pictrues provided by clients in time.
